Where do I start? I guess with the sumary of what I have learnt after I have read the book - losing weight does not have to be hard! There are simple yet effective rules that you need to follow. The book covers very good topics on nutrition in general. I firmly believe that most people out there, including myself, are simply miseducated or have never been taught the basic understanding of human fat metabolism. This book fixes it, and explains how implementing some simple rules and discipline will let anyone lose as much fat as needed.

For me, Rules #1 (Manipulating Calories) and #4 (How to rotate foods), have been the most profound. It turns out that all foods can be categorised into 3 main categories. To manipulate the body’s metabolism, those categories should be rotated in a scientifically proven way. What does it mean for you? Well, you can still eat all of your favourite foods, but changing the order in which you consume them will boost your metabolism, and you will lose weight.
